When you place an order, information regarding the shipping address, bank information, personal data, and other truthfully contact information will be kept under us. You agree that this information will be kept and that we may use it to contact you. MOONVY does not share your personal data and information with anyone. When using our service, you provide us with information that we solely will only use for your order. We respect your privacy!

· Payment information (such as a credit card).
· Future communication preferences

Payment
As this is a private, student business, the payment will be through personal accounts such as personal bank transfer, Mobilepay, and PayPal. Cash is not accepted as this is an online business. All items are exclusive the shipping fee. The total cost of the shipping variates from product to product and is solely calculated by weight.

You place an order through the Google document. After that, we will get in touch with you personally to complete the order and settle the payment. Once the payment has gone through, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, and the order will be ship out soon after that.

Prices may change at any time, but changes shall not affect the orders for which we have sent an Order Confirmation.

Shipping & returns
1. Shipping
We ship by PostNord, DAO, and GLS. For customers who do not want their order to be shipped out, MOONVY can discuss a pickup place located in Aarhus, Denmark.

Once the order has been shipped out, MOONVY does not have any responsibilities anymore, unless the customer has chosen the tracked shipping method. We do not offer any refunds for lost items.

Due to the current pandemic, please be aware that shipping is delayed. For orders outside Denmark, it might take up to 14 days before the order arrives. We kindly ask you to be patient.2. Returns
MOONVY does offer returns, but the return shipping is solely on the customer. We do not take returns for damaged products caused by the individual or if the packaging has been ruined or opened. Once MOONVY has received the item, we will contact the buyer and settle a refund of the product. We do not hold responsibility for lost products in the mail.

3. Refunds
MOONVY does not offer any refunds on sale products or customized products.

Cancellations of orders can be done up to 48 hours after purchase. Once the deadline has passed and the order has been shipped out, a refund can not be done unless the buyer sends back the items in its original packaging and condition.

Guarantee
MOONVY offers free repair of all products within a week after the customer has received the product. If the product has any errors, please contact MOONVY for a repair or re-ship of the product.
