5 out of 5 starsso many pieces break .. and most have to be filed to fit . This is a cute piece , was really looking forward to added this to my collection. I am not a newby at these...I would say most of the small pieces had to be glued together...some would not even pop out of the board they came on....so sad, but quality is not good at all UPDATE seller was beyond kind...understood my frustration and was quick with a response and refund...I would buy from this seller again

Thank you so much for your honest feedback and for giving me the opportunity to make things right. I'm truly sorry that the assembly experience was frustrating and that the kit didn't meet your expectations. Customer satisfaction means a lot to me, and I always want everyone to have a positive experience with my shop. I'm really grateful for your kindness, understanding, and willingness to give my small business another chance. Your support truly means the world to me!

4 out of 5 starsThis item does NOT look like the photos. I specifically chose this model because it seemed to have real pieces (tiny glass bottles, little crystal balls, etc.) not just 2D wooden cutouts, but I got fooled by the AI rendering. Besides the little paper books and scrolls, every single piece of this is a wooden cutout. If that bothers you as much as it bothers me, you might want to choose a different kit. Edit: I’m amending my score due to the seller’s good customer service. They were very kind, and offered a full refund. I know I’m more picky about my miniatures than the average person, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
