1. How will I receive my files?
All digital files are available for instant download immediately after purchase. You'll find them in 'Purchases & Reviews' in your Etsy account, and we'll also send a confirmation email with the download link.
2. What file formats are included?
Each listing includes SVG, PNG, and DXF files, compatible with Cricut, Silhouette, and other cutting machines. Please check the individual listing for exact file details.
3. Can I use the design commercially?
Yes. You may use each purchased design for personal projects and for up to 100 physical end products made by you, such as shirts, bags, cards or decorations.You may not resell, share, copy or distribute the digital files, whether modified or unmodified. You may not sell the design as another digital product, register it as a trademark, or upload it to print-on-demand platforms or third-party fulfillment services. Copyright remains with NikNikCreative.
4. Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Due to the digital nature of these products, cancellations, returns and refunds are not accepted once the download has begun, provided that the legal requirements for the loss of the right of withdrawal have been met.If you experience a problem with a file or receive something that does not match the listing description, please contact me so I can help. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. Can I use the files without a cutting machine?
Yes. The PNG files can also be used for compatible printing and design projects without a cutting machine. Please make sure your chosen software and printer support PNG files with transparent backgrounds.The SVG files are primarily intended for compatible cutting and vector-design software.
6. How do I open a ZIP file?
Some purchases may be provided as a ZIP folder containing multiple files. Download the folder to your computer and unzip it before using the files.On a Mac, double-click the ZIP folder. On Windows, right-click it and select “Extract All.” If you have any problems accessing your files, please contact me through Etsy.
7. Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
I'm happy to consider custom or personalized design requests. Please contact me through Etsy with a description of your idea before placing an order.I will review the request and let you know whether I can create it. Pricing and turnaround time depend on the complexity and scope of the design and will be agreed in advance. If accepted, the order will be arranged through a custom Etsy listing.
