Once a purchase is completed, no refunds or exchanges will be provided due to the nature of digital files. However, if you encounter any issues with the files, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Purchase and Download
Checkout is Easy! Add your Files to the cart and checkout. After purchasing the digital files you will receive email from Etsy directing you to your Etsy panel download page to access the files. You will also be able to reach for your files directly from your Etsy panel.
Direct Download
Is simple! click your Etsy profile > Purchases & Reviews > Near my shop receipt you'll see the 'Download Files' button.
