Sizing details
All our jewelry are sold in inches. Necklace and bracelet size is the total finished length of the chain or cord or beads, clasp included.
Below we have converted bracelet and necklace sizes
BRACELET SIZES :
6 inches = 15.25 cm
6.5 inches = 16.50 cm
7 inches = 18 cm
7.5 inches = 19 cm
8 inches = 20 cm
8.5 inches = 21.60 cm
9 inches = 22.85 cm
NECKLACE SIZES :
14 inches = 35.6 cm
15 inches = 38 cm
16 inches = 40.6 cm

Shipping
We ship Monday - Wednesday and Friday.
All our orders are shipped by registered airmail upon signature.
As soon as the package leaves Greek territory, It's the post office of the destination country that takes care of it. The tracking number will only be updated once it has been scanned by the destination post office. As long as it has not been scanned, it will not appear in the destination country.
Shipping to Australia
Australian post office do not provide online tracking for registered airmail from Greece so you won't be able to track your order online.
Estimated shipping delivery
We send out orders within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. We ship out Monday - Wednesday and Friday.

Shipping to USA and Canada 10-20 days
Shipping to Australia and rest of the world 10-25 days
My package was marked "delivered", but I haven't received it
Check your door/mailbox for note from your local post office. If you receive a note, it should provide you with the instructions you need to receive your package.
Contact your local post office and your local customs office. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. Postal services are used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
Please also note that USPS DOES NOT provide proof of delivery for international shipments .
SBOeyes cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were marked as delivered. Thank you for understanding!
