Hello and welcome to Signe Kähler Ceramics. Thank you very much for the interest in my pottery.
All of my work is dishwasher, microwave and oven safe and is glazed in food-safe, lead free finishes. Because of the hand-made nature of my work, please expect subtle variations in color, texture and size.

Payment is accepted through Etsy via credit or debit card and through PayPal. Items will not be shipped before your payment is verified.
Shipping
If you want to pick up your order directly from me, with no shipping costs, please enter the coupon code LOCALPICKUP123 so you do not get charged. Please contact me after your purchase to arrange for pickup.
If you are purchasing a gift, please make sure you enter the correct shipping address during the check out. If you would like a note included, please enter that in the "Notes to Seller" along with any other instructions. Your gift note will be sent word for word, so if you want your name included, please be sure that it is part of the message you leave for me.
If a made-to-order or custom item is purchased along with in-stock items, the whole order will not be shipped until the made-to-order items are complete, unless you make other arrangements with me.
Please check titles and descriptions carefully. If you are unsure of the estimated production time for your order, please ask. Production estimates are generally from between 2-6 weeks depending on the order.
Please communicate any deadlines you may have, even if they fall beyond the estimated delivery, as there are sometimes production delays beyond my control. Clay can be a tricky thing to work with and I just want you to have the best product I can make.
All of my things are packed with care to ensure their safe arrival. I have lots of experience with shipping my work so you can feel confident that I will get your item to you safely.
If you should however have the unfortunate event that your product is broken on delivery, I will gladly replace or refund it. I guarantee safe delivery to all addresses world wide.
