I never received my order. I messaged a couple times and was even given a tracking order that never showed any activity. This is the message I kept getting back. “Hello and thanks for your message! I’m working on fulfilling my current orders right now, and will reopen shortly.” I placed the order in November and it’s almost April and still nothing. I do not recommend this seller.

This is very sad. I ordered in November, have yet to receive, as it seems many of the recent reviews say also. I can understand if there are health/family issues keeping you from fulfilling your orders in a timely manner, but at least say something. There is no need to steal. If you really need money that badly, keep mine.

I ordered in November, never received item and never received a response from the shop owner. Etsy closed my case without refunding me and without delivery of my item. Highly suggest ordering elsewhere

Ordered in Nov 2020, still waiting Mar 2021. I sent multiple emails to the seller and eventually stopped getting a response. I have no idea if the item is any good because I never received it.

I ordered this keychain way back November 2020 I didn't get shipping info until December 2020. The tracking number doesn't even work. It's now March 2021 and the seller shut down their shop. I filled a case with Etsy but because they weren't able to contact owner it's marked as resolved. No I didn't get a refund. I have tried contacting the seller with no response on their end. And Etsy was no help either. Do not buy from shop. As soon as your order is supposed to ship they go on vacation and be MIA. I'm so disappointed and hate leaving negative reviews especially on small businesses pages. If I could give the seller negative stars I would.

Ordered 20th of November and its March 2021. I contacted the seller although just got an automatic response. By reading the reviews I can tell i won’t have any luck getting a response so hopefully I’ll get my money back through PayPal. It’s not fair you take peoples money and just go off the grid.

I ordered this item back in November 2020 and it is now March 2021 and I still don’t have it. I have tried contacting the seller on multiple occasions and just get an automated message back. For this reason, shipping gets a one star. Customer service I give two stars because the seller was nice when I worked with them to customize the item. I can’t comment on item quality since I have yet to receive it. I do hope to get it soon.
