What materials do you use?
We use cast acrylic and Baltic birch as well as other woods such as walnut and oak. The type of material we used is specified in each listing.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping but items arrive in a plain white box
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
Yes! For weddings, events, or bulk orders, message us with your quantity and item details for a custom quote.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our current processing time is 1-2 days, plus shipping time. You’ll receive tracking once your order is on its way!

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital invitations and personalized laser products we are unable to offer refunds.
What are your shipping deadlines for holidays and special occasions?
We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your event or holiday to ensure on-time delivery. During peak seasons (like Christmas or back-to-school), we follow USPS and carrier shipping cutoff dates. We’ll post updated deadlines in the shop banner and item descriptions as holidays approach. If you’re on a tight deadline, please message us — rush options may be available!
