Welcome to my store! I am glad you stopped by! My store is brand new and I am adding items as fast as possible. Feel free to message me about any custom orders.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your purchase message me. I strive to make sure all my customers are happy with their purchase. I try to be as accommodating as possible.

Please note that when you order trims from my shop they are cut just for you. After trims are cut I can not take them back. Please be aware of that if you are trying to match a color. You can contact me for a swatch if you are concerned about matching a color. Swatches are $1 and are also non-refundable and non-returnable.

Any items that are returnable will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of purchase. I currently only accept payment via direct checkout or paypal and do not accept money orders or personal checks.
Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within one to two business days of purchase. Custom orders can take longer but I will send you a message to let you know when your custom order should be shipped.

All orders are sent to your paypal address. If you want your order shipped to a different address please email me to confirm. Orders are sent via USPS with delivery confirmation (tracking number is provided).

For all international orders, customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties charges that may arise. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of any of these charges as I will not know all the customs laws and fees for every country.

If you would like your order shipped to a different address (gifts) please message me.

If you need your order shipped in a rush message me before you purchase and I will try to accommodate you. Any requests in notes to seller with no prior contact will be disregarded.
