Welcome & thank you so much for browsing around my store!
I’m TJ, the owner and Illustrator behind The Whimsy art of TJ Lubrano. My illustrations are inspired by books, anime/animation and nature. But also by the magic in my every day life and my travels. I love to give an unique and whimsically cute twist to known characters that you can collect and adorn your home with!
All my paintings are done with watercolors and ink. Digitally enhanced so it’s ready to be transformed into prints, stickers, badges, bookmarks and more!

Returns and exchange details
Do keep in mind that colors of prints vary as the colors can be shown differently depending on your screen or mobile. Also, the colors in original art are different to prints as well. I tweak the colors for prints in Photoshop so it's ready for print.
LOST PACKAGE? - Due to the current state of our world and the influence of the Covid-virus, if your package still hasn't arrived after 60 working days, please contact me.

Most of the time it will be re-shipped when the customer is willing to repay the shipping costs.
Should you choose to for a resend, please understand there will be no money refund if the resend doesn't arrive. You can always upgrade to secured shipping. If you want this, I will send a Paypal invoice for the additional costs or create a listing for you.
DAMAGED GOODS? - Every item that's wrapped up is checked for damages etc. Then each magic mail is packaged with utmost care, unfortunately I can't control how it's being handled upon traveling to your home, but if you've gotten an item that is severely damaged, please contact me.
If it's still available, I could always send a new one if you're willing to pay for shipping. If the item isn't available anymore, you can pick something from the store for the same price or you get a discount coupon for your next order.

~ SHIPPING CHANGES DUE TO CORONA VIRUS (2020) ~
***Current state is that shipping can be delayed up to 8 weeks if it's shipped untracked***
Due to the virus, there's been a lot of delays and reroutes, even for tracked shipping.
As of writing this, July 2020, there are no intense reroutes to the majority of the countries I ship too. The only issue we face is a longer transit time for the magic mail when it's shipped untracked. Express shipping gets priority, so untracked post will be processed last.
A lot can happen during transit and I don't have the capacity to refund orders if they haven't arrived after 8 weeks. But I'm more than willing to resend your order if you're repurchasing (hopefully upgrade to tracked) shipping.
But please just message me if the 8 weeks are over and your order hasn't shown up yet. We can check what we can do then. For now the possible options are either resend the order or do a partial refund.
I do trust that the customer knows the post situation in their country a bit better than the updates I get from PostNL and choose the shipping accordingly. Thank you so much! <3

~ POST COMPANY & SHIPPING COSTS ~
Everything is shipped with PostNL International. I try to keep the shipping as low as possible and the most affordable way of shipping means no tracking.
PostNL is one of the most used post companies in the Netherlands and it's reliable. Of course there's the occasional package that gets lost in transit when it arrives in the destination country, but I haven't had this happen very that often.
There's a tracked shipping option upon check-out, but it is the customer's responsibility to decide whether this is the safest way to go.
Tracked shipping is for letters and mail that fits in a mailbox, no bigger packages (shipping for these are higher). So please choose tracked shipping if your country is know for frequently losing packages. I will take a closer look at new shipping options soon!
Everything is carefully wrapped and shipped in a sturdy envelope.
~ SHIPPING TIMES (before the virus outbreak) ~
Estimated time for Europe is 4-6 days. For the States it's between 8-11 days and Asia/Latin America it can take 2-3 weeks. I don't generally want to ship to P.O. boxes as so far I've had the most issues with packages not arriving then.
Do keep in mind that it can always take a few days longer as these are just estimates and it can always take a bit longer as I can't control the custom policies in your country.
If you want insurance included or an Express delivery, please contact me.
~ CUSTOM TAXES etc. ~
The customer is responsible for any extra duties and custom charges that may occur when the package is shipped. I ship everything as 'gift', but sometimes Customs is just a pain in the butt.
Also, do double check your address, because I can’t do a thing if the wrong address is provided and I'm not in the position to give back refunds. So please, please double check the address you provide to me or that's connected to your Paypal. I copy/paste this exactly.

Rush Orders: If you have a rush order, do contact me. The order won't be going via Etsy as you can decide whether you want to go through with it after I send you an estimate. If you agree, I will send an invoice via Paypal.
