When will I get my order?
We process your order within 24 hours of placement and send it to our production partners. Most items are typically completed within 3-7 business days before being shipped. The delivery time from that point depends on your location.
Once your item ships, you will receive tracking information with an estimated delivery date. Please note that it may take up to three business days for the tracking information to be updated. For further updates after your order has shipped, please contact the shipping company using the provided tracking number.
Custom and personalized orders
We don't offer custom sizes at this time due to production limitations.
Exhange & Returns
Should you need to return or exchange your item within our 14-day return window for any reason, please feel free to contact us via Etsy chat. We will gladly provide you with a return address. Once we receive your mat in its original condition, we will promptly issue a full refund.
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
In the event of a manufacturing error or if the item arrives damaged, there is no need to return it. Simply send us a photo of the issue, and we will either replace the item or begin the refund process.
