星 5 個のうち 5 個Behold tarnished! Everything about this clock is premium. Premium quality of the product, premium (and funny- if you know a bit about elden ring "language") assembly instructions, premium packaging with loads and loads of safety features so the product comes home safely and premium shop with premium customer service. Requested a slight change for the clock hand which was no problem for the seller to implement. 10/10 would (will!) buy again.

How long does it take to make the products, and what is the shipping time?
The production time is usually 5-8 business days, as every item is custom-made. A more accurate timeframe is available on the product page.
Shipping is done via FedEx or UPS, with a delivery time of 5-10 business days.
As the product nears completion, I will contact you again to request a phone number, as it is essential for international shipping.
What should I know before placing an order?
Every product is custom made.
Final products may differ from the pictures in small ways (minor colour and/or design changes).
Please take into account your country's customs, tax, and VAT laws when placing an order, to avoid any future misunderstandings.
There is a 14-day period for filing a claim, but returns are not possible. If any issues arise, please contact me via email or Etsy message before leaving a review, as there is a solution for everything.
How does the invoicing process work?
An invoice is always issued, and due to international shipping requirements, five copies of it are attached to the outer "protective" box, even in the case of gifts (in such cases, the invoice is not placed inside the inner gift wrapping).
Since Etsy does not display buyer information, the invoice is always issued to the name and address provided for shipping. In case the buyer and recipient are not the same for gifting purposes, please contact me after placing your order at the following email address:

How are the products packaged?
We package everything as meticulously as possible since we ship from Central Europe. The product is protected by isofoam in its own box. Additionally, there is another outer box filled with wood wool to minimize the chance of damage.
