Announcement    All fabric & yarn in my shop is Organic - most is GOTS Certified. I will gradually be adding more fabric & other items for the organic maker, one who cares about the environment & those that live in it.

I welcome custom orders to make items from any of the fabrics in both my Etsy shops.

I am happy to send you several samples of fabric in my shop free with an order if they fit in the package. Samples without an order are a small fee + postage.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Currently I am offering free shipping for orders over $100 AUD sent within Australia. For all other orders postage costs of multiple items will be combined and I will refund any significant overcharge. I am happy for you to contact me before ordering for a shipping quote as it is difficult to accurately set shipping costs, particularly for multiple items or those sent internationally.

AUSTRALIA: Smaller orders sent within Australia may not be tracked or insured. Larger orders will usually be tracked and may include a small amount of insurance, but please contact me before ordering if you would like to confirm there will be tracking, if you would like insurance, or if you would like express postage.

INTERNATIONAL: All orders sent internationally are tracked and may include a small amount of insurance. Please contact me before ordering if you would like to organise insurance or express shipping.

I ship orders with care but please note that in the unlikely event your order is delayed or goes missing I will do all I can to assist you following it up with Australia Post, but I am not able to provide refunds as once the item has shipped it is out of my control.

Please contact me before ordering if you would like insurance, tracking, or would like your package express posted. I can let you know how long the postal service estimates your package will take to arrive but can not guarantee arrival dates. Although your package will most likely arrive sooner please allow at least 6 weeks internationally unless you organised express shipping with me.

All The Organic Maker items are being sent via Australia Post as usual from Sydney Australia. However, due to the impact of COVID-19 items may take longer than usual to be delivered.
