Video summary: I start with a design in mind and use my iPad and Apple Pencil in the Procreate App to draw my designs digitally. As you can see, it's much trial and error until I get to a final design I love!

I design all my products using various programs. I start with a sketch and go from there. I am always looking for new ideas so I can offer you a variety of trending products.

What are the Terms of Use for the digital products?

When you purchase a DIGITAL PRODUCT from ThreeGentsandaMeme, you can use it on anything you wish to sell as many times as you want.

You MAY NOT sell the file as a digital product in any form. This means it MUST be used on an actual ITEM you are selling (shirt, mug, tumbler, stickers, bags, etc).

You MAY NOT alter the product in anyway. This means, even if you change the color or add/take away from the image, you still can't claim it and sell it as your own or as a digital file.

I ordered a personalized design, but it didn't download instantly. When will I get my image?

Since the image you ordered needs to be personalized, I will need a little time to do that. I will have your file to you within 24 hours of your purchase.

Can I order a different color of a design?

I always try to do my best to accommodate your needs. If you see something but would like it in a different color, just message me and ask. I'd be happy to try to get you what you need.

I ordered a custom, personalized design. When will it be ready.

Custom orders do take me some time to complete. My turn around time for customs is currently 3-4 business days. (M-F, excluding all holidays)
