Care instructions
Please clean lightly with a clean, damp cloth, if necessary. Do NOT put in dishwasher or submerge in water.
None of the painted items are painted on the inside, so please feel free to add water into the jars carefully if you are putting fresh flowers in them. We need to keep those fresh flowers happy!
Custom and personalized orders
If you are purchasing a custom order or multiple items, please allow for a few extra days depending on order or volume of order. If you are worried about the time frame of your order, please do not hesitate to message me. We want you to completely satisfied with your creation and that includes the processing.
Will I get charged for cancellations?
We will never charge you for cancellations, as long as the order is cancelled within 12 hours of your purchase.
Gift wrapping and packaging
At this time, gift wrapping is not available.
Sizing details
If the sizes and/or measurements are not in the listing, please do not hesitate to message me and I can provide sizes and measurements before you purchase the item(s) as returns or exchanges are not accepted at this time.
When can I expect for my item(s) to arrive?
At this time, all orders are processed in 3-5 business days. This is the time it takes me to create your item(s). This does not include the delivery time. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for delivery of your order within the United States.
If multiple items and/or custom orders are being purchased, it may (not always the case though) require a few extra days to process. If you have any questions about whether your item(s) will need extra processing time, please feel free to message me and I can give you a better time frame.
Shipping/Delivery delays
Once the item has been created and processed, I ship it to you for delivery through USPS. If USPS has any kind of delay with your shipping/delivery, Three J Vintage is not responsible for this. Three J Vintage will not be responsible for lost items due to shipping. please contact USPS with any concerns you have on lost and/or delays items.
My item(s) arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your item(s) has been damaged, please contact me immediately with a picture(s) of the damage. Three J Vintage will send you a replacement item(s) as soon as possible once it has been re-created.
The color/texture on my item(s) does not look the same as it did on the listing
Colors and/or textures can vary due to the lighting and/or computer screen variations. Wood color can also slightly vary due to the staining and/or painting on different wood pieces, although this is the beauty of natural wood and its variation. I do my best to replicate the color and tones that are shown on the listing and want you to be happy with the overall product!
