Triple Thread Labs went above and beyond. I asked for some modifications and an addition and Felipe went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. We even worked on a small portion just for patch sewing together and I tested it for him. when I say I am beyond happy with his service I truly mean it. Triple Thread Labs is someone I completely trust and will be using them again just as soon as I figure out what for!

I no longer doubt my pricing. The days of “Umm about this much?” Is gone. I can be confident about answering customer questions about my price, breaking down each cost that goes into the item. Gone are the day I wonder if my price is actually tanking my business or supporting it. I can run sales and know that I’m not losing money. This tool is easy to use and very intuitive. For a while my prices were pretty unhealthy and it took increasing the markup to see any real difference. It gives tips on how to price per stitches and what constitutes as a complicated design. They even have a spot where you can automatically tack on Etsy/platform fees. Very well worth the money!
