Passions Fueling Creative Fun
Turtledove Creative was born out of my desire to create and share delightful jewelry and accessories that are inspired by all things I love most in life; like bright colors, bold patterns, the nature and beauty of horses, the culture an passion of belly dance, and the satisfaction of sharing a good laugh with great friends.
Life takes us on a meandering trail of adventures and mine has led me down various creative paths. I love my career as a marketing professional. I am a life-long equestrian, with chapters of my life story spent in the model horse hobby, learning to ride and enjoy the company of real horses, and lately, I've been studying belly dance and yoga. Each of these adventures has led me to learn about histories, cultures and contexts that enrich and inform my experiences and spark my creativity. A common thread throughout all of my life's adventures has been the desire to create things to reflect my passions and influences, then to share them with the people close to me. All along, people have encouraged me to offer my creations for sale...and along came Etsy...the rest is history, as they say.
