Terms and Conditions

Nature of the Products
• All items are digital files for download (e.g.: SVG, DXF, PNG, PDF).
• No physical item will be shipped.
• Mockups and presentation images are illustrative only and non-contractual: the final result may vary depending on materials, settings, machines, inks, screens, etc.

Content & Compatibility
• Images shown in the shop are illustrative and intended to demonstrate a possible result.
• The final outcome depends solely on the buyer’s materials, tools, machines, software, and skills.
• Slight differences may exist between the visuals and the actual result.
• The buyer is responsible for all settings (cutting/engraving/printing), calibration, and safety measures (ventilation, PPE, machine standards).
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to check compatibility with their software and machines before purchase.

Digital Download
• Files are available immediately after payment confirmation via the Etsy platform.
• Due to the digital and instant nature of the product, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are possible.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in the product listing:
• Unlimited personal use.
• Commercial use is allowed for physical products made by the buyer.
• Resale, sharing, or redistribution of the digital files is strictly prohibited, even in modified form.
• Credit is not required but always appreciated: “Design by VectorForge”.

Limitation of Liability
• The seller is not responsible for results, losses, or damages related to the use of the files.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
• Files do not constitute technical, regulatory, or safety advice; the buyer remains solely responsible for the final use.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted after download.

Disputes & Governing Law
• Governing law: French law.
• Contract language: French.
• In case of dispute, if no amicable solution can be reached, jurisdiction will be that of the seller’s registered office.

These terms complement Etsy’s policies and apply to all purchases made in the VectorForgeStore shop.
