Returns and exchanges
All shipped items have passes our strict quality tests, and are packed to guarantee their safe transport.
In the event of any damage during shipping, costumers must send back the damaged items immediately, so that these can be assessed, and if the origin of the damage can be ascertained to transport, replace the items.
Shipping of damaged pieces back to bglow is the costumer’s responsibility.

Bglow will not refund items that have been misused.
Payment
We have opted for payments via Paypal in our online shop due to its safety and the comfort it provide you as our costumer. The purchased items will be shipped in accordance to the deadlines shown with each article and upon confirmation of payment.

Changing your mind happens…
If you want to cancel your order, bglow will refund the full amount of your payment if the items have not yet been shipped. If we have already shipped the items, bglow will refund the value of the items (shipping costs will not be returned), once we have received the items back at our offices. Note, in these cases, costumers must not pick up items from the postal services or carrier.
Shipping
Bglow ships to Portugal, EU and United Kingdom, and selected countries in the Americas.

Upon payment clearance, when your item is shipped, you'll receive a message stating that your item has been shipped, together with a tracking code.
All our shipments are registered with the postal services or carrier, so that you can monitor and follow their progress.

Pickit option is only available for Portugal.

Bglow is not responsible for any added tariffs or customs duties that may be charged in different countries.

IN WHICH TAKE CAN I USE MY BGLOW?
At bglow we build most of our items to be used with type C sockets/plugs and up to 250V, but it is possible to prepare our products with different types of plugs, like UK type G or others.

WHAT KIND OF LIGHT BULBS CAN I USE?
The size of the lamp socket for each bglow item can be found in their respective webpage.
Only use the appropriate light bulbs, as stated.
E14 = "small lamp socket " and E27 = "large lamp socket"

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM POWER OF THE LIGHT BULB I CAN USE?
The maximum power of the light bulbs for each bglow item can be found in their respective webpage and its tag.
These values can't be exceed in no circumstances.

HOW DO I KNOW THE SIZE OF THE ITEM I AM INTERESTED IN?
For your comfort, the height of each item can be found in their respective webpage. If you require further detailed information, please contact us.

I HAVE ALREADY PAYED BUT HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED INFORMATION THAT MY ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED
bglow sets a deadline to ship each individual item (please check this information on the respective webpage).
If your payment has been confirmed, and you are still within the expected shipping schedule, rest assured your bglow is being carefully prepared for shipment.
