Once Upon A Time, Many Years Ago, In A Far, Far Away Land at the tender young age of six years my yearning to search for *magical fabrics began. I was introduced to the glorious contents of my Mothers large black studded travel trunk with a hinged lid and shiny brass locks which was kept in the cupboard under the stairs.
Beryl kept all her treasured fabrics in it and whilst I grew in age and knowledge by her side we shared regular visits to this trunk, delving into the tactile treasures, purposefully discovering a perfect textile for her, our and finally my own next dressmaking project.

My pristine Vintage fabrics have been sourced piece by piece and length by length.
Many are sought after Collectibles and some are rare from Long, Long Ago and from Far, Far Away!
I gently hand wash my Retro Vintage Fabrics for both storage and the cutting table.
