About

I want to share my passion with people.

Drawing has always been my "thing". Since i can remember i find myself getting lost in this magical world of colours, materials and infinite possibilities.

In 2010-2013 i was a student of psychology (BA) and drawing helped me through the intense studies.
During my final year of the studies i began working on a series where i focused in on a very positive and special symbol known as the Hamsa hand (also known as the hand of Fatima / hand of Miriam / hand of Mary or the healing hand ).

I connected to the spiritual and cross-cultural aspect of the symbol as well as to the symbols often found within the Hamsa hand. Those were symbols such as the eye which is meant to ward of evil spirits, jealousy and to protect from so called "evil eyes". The fish symbolize fruitfulness, the dove ; peace and loyalty, the eagle; protection.

The investigation of these symbols in indian inks on paper culminated in an exhibition in Tel Aviv of 14 pieces that i chose to present. I called it "Hamsa Reinterpreted" as this was really a new take on an ancient symbol.

Ever since i have continued to create not only my Hamsa's but many different artworks as well.

Being a very curious person i am drawn to many sources of inspiration, materials and ideas - as such i have different styles and themes!

The prints i am offering for sale are beautiful digital prints on quality paper (250-300gr).

Due to their positive symbolism - the HAMSA's are suitable as gifts as well and are often given as gifts for a new home, new baby or for any occasion where one wishes a person protection, good energy, success and peace.

Thank you for reading and visiting my online store.

Hi, thanks for stopping by my Etsy store!

The art prints i have listed are quality prints of my original ink drawings.
They are printed on 300 gram quality paper in size A4 (21.0 x 29.7 cm) / (8.3 x 11.7 inches) and fit standard size A4 frames.

Each drawing has been test-printed prior to being offered in my shop, to ensure the best results that match as much as possible the original ink drawing, and only then put for sale!

Only slight difference in color from computer screen image - to physical print - can occur.

If you have any questions you are always welcome to contact me in email or in private etsy conversation mail.

Returns and exchange details
DAMAGED ART PRINT:

Prints are packed very carefully in triple layered cardboard AND bubble envelope so it's very well protected and extremely rare that something should harm it as it is unbendable (tried and tested).

BUT if something has in any event damaged the print, please contact me!

After seeing a photo of the damage, if a print has arrived clearly damaged , a new print will be shipped to you free of charge if i have the same print in stock.

If i don't, you may chose another one from the same price-range or get a full refund if you find that there is no replacement suiting you.

Very small damages, for example a minor bending of the very tip / point of the print that is usually covered in a frame, is not considered a damage.

A damage is if the print is visibly damaged and therefore completely unusable.

REFUND:

If you wish to return the art print for any reason you must inform in writing that you wish to refund it, within 3 days from the day of getting the package and initiate the return shipment at your own expense within the 14 days.

After 14 days you can no longer request a refund.

The art print must return intact and unopened in the cellophane sleeve.
Only once the returned art print is received, the refund incl. original shipping fee will be issued to the buyer!

Please note - If the buyer requested a more expensive shipping arrangement when purchasing - for example express shipping - the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Buyers are always responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.

Please contact me if you have any questions and i will gladly answer any questions you may have! :) maybareket [!at] hotmail.com

I always do my best to make your buying experience a good one!
Payment
Payment is done via pay-pal or direct payment via Etsy.

I ship within max 5 business days from received payment.
I always aim to ship as soon as possible!

Please be in touch if you are buying for a special occasion / date and you wish to hear more about estimated time of arrival for the package.
Shipping
I ship in regular mail priority with Danish PostNord

If you buy more than 1 art print, i don't charge for double or extra shipping and the shipping fee is therefore stable regardless how many you purchase.

There is no tracking nr. on shipments shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark as that is only possible when shipping express, which is more expensive.

In both cases i always photograph the stamped shipment at the post office
__________________________________________________________________________________

Your shipping fees are what it really costs to ship to your destination.

As such i do not profit on shipping.

It includes packaging materials and a bubble envelope which i pay for.

Art prints are packed in cellophane sleeves, then wrapped in silk paper and placed in a sandwitch of recycled cardboard, and then placed in a bubble envelope for extra padding.

***Please know that I recycle cardboard in order to ensure the proper arrival of the art print and to try to care for the environment as much as possible in my packaging!

This may not be the prettiest packaging upon arrival - but it's the inside that counts :)

Expected delivery time:

1) For EU countries:
Up to 2 weeks from shipping date.

2) For international orders outside Israel or Denmark:
Please know that it can take up to 3 weeks from shipping date, depending on country and their international customs processes. During holidays or special weather conditions please note it could take longer.

**However it is quite rare that it takes 3 weeks to arrive and most of the orders in my experience tend to arrive faster between 2-3 weeks from the shipping date.

BUYING FOR BIRTHDAYS / GIFTS WITH A SPECIFIC DATE IN MIND:

If this is the case, then you can also contact me BEFORE purchasing, either for an express shipping option if you need it sooner than the expected delivery times written above.

EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION:

I always try to ship as soon as i can and aim to get to the post office as soon as possible, but if you have any request for express shipping, please do let me know.

The express shipping is more expensive that regular shipping and depends on destination.

Please contact me and i will give you the exact price.

After agreeing to pay for the express shipping, this fee will be added to the listing as an option, and you will be able to go ahead to chose it and purchase the item through my etsy store.

Please note - If you do request a more expensive shipping arrangement when purchasing - for example express shipping - the more expensive chosen shipping option will not be refunded in case of a potential refund situation.
