In line with the advice of the DK government, we are fortunate to be able to safely pack and ship from our Danish studio. Our lead times may be a little longer than usual, however if there are any availability issues with items in your order we’ll get in touch by email.
Our delivery partners around the world are experiencing minor delays due to staff shortages and high volumes of packages resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak. This means that delivery of your orders is likely to take a little longer than usual to reach you.

We will expedite your order as soon as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our studio in Denmark within 2-5 business days. All orders are subject to availability. When your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation.
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, you may not make any changes to your order. If you wish to make changes to your placed order, or if there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours for a full refund. If no, they may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Once shipped, order should arrive in 2-5 business days for domestic orders or 7-40 for international orders.
