Hi friend, I’m so happy to see you! At pookicreative co you have a one stop gift shop🥳 Super cute and trendy coffee glass tumblers(coffee girl eta amiright?) Stationery such as calendars, stickers, & notepads. keychains, the occasional apparel, fun acrylic bookmarks for the book lovers and greeting cards for any occasion! I love to design and put art on anything I can get my hands on!
IMPORTANT. I am not responsible for lost mail. Once your order is in the hands of usps, it’s their responsibility and not mine. If you don’t receive your items you can call the usps and they can help you. PLEASE double check you enter the correct address at checkout! I am a small business and can’t afford to replace missing mail all the time.

Custom and personalized orders
The answer is YES. I’d love to do custom or personalized projects for you. I always love a unique custom project! But to an extent!

Can you customize a sticker or magnet?
I can’t customize stickers or magnets for you because I order from an online company therefore I have to order a certain amount! However if you’d like a certain design I can draw a design for you and you can find a place that can make it into a sticker or magnet for you :)
How do I access my digital files?
Unfortunately if you’re in the app or on your phone you cannot download your digital file. You will have to log into your Etsy through a web browser and go to your profile and the files should be under your purchases!
You also will receive an email with a link to download! Remember you have to be on a tablet iPad or computer for it to work!
Wholesale availability
Stickers , keychains, magnets, and notepads are items I can offer for wholesale! If you have your eye on something you’d like at wholesale pricing send me an Etsy message or email at Pooki.font@gmail.com!
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you are buying a gift and would like it to arrive in gift wrap, make sure to click on the gift wrap option and I will make sure to do that for you! If you can’t figure out how to add it, send me a message via etsy and I will help you!
