Polar bear clothing marker with custom children's name and 2 mini ink pads for textile (you can choose the color you want at the dropdown menu). This cute bear stamp with trees for kids and babies will be super useful for marking school clothes, school supplies, bags, backpacks, and uniforms and also as a children's books stamp :)

To create this stamp we've collaborated with Sira Lobo, a Barcelona local illustrator, and friend, so you are supporting 2 independent and small businesses run by women. Thank you! Sira is the artist behind the illustration and the typography design and we've created the composition and custom the stamp for you.

Which is the advantage of a wooden stamp? With a wooden stamp, you can choose the color ink pad you want and you can choose a black one for light clothes and a white for dark clothes. Also, our stamps are mounted on natural wood bases, so no plastic in your stamps, and it is a lot cuter than the automatic ones, isn't it? A perfect gift for new parents.

We mount our stamps in natural pine wooden blocks from local providers and hand-sanded by us. We believe in controlled and sustainable production.

NON-CUSTOM STAMPS and INK PADS
Sent with non-tracked international airmail, this way we can offer you the most affordable shipping cost possible. For this reason, standard shipping doesn't provide you tracking number. Tracking options are available on shipping options at the checkout page. The upgrade to tracked shipping is affordable if you want to upgrade it.

ORDERS WITH CUSTOM STAMPS
You will receive the tracking number as soon as the package is sent. You can see the estimated delivery time on the same product page. The courier depends on the destination country (USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK...) You can upgrade to express shipping at the checkout page.

Non-custom stamps and ink pads are sent with non-tracked international airmail. For this reason, standard shipping doesn't provide you with a tracking number. You will not have a tracking number and therefore neither you nor we can track your order.

If you choose this method, unfortunately, we can't claim to our shipping courier if some package is lost, and for this reason, we don't accept claims for shipping issues with non-tracked packages. Hope you understand. We can send you the proof of shipment so you can see that it has been sent, but it will not have tracking information.

The shipping time is the same for standard un-tracked and tracked but with the tracking, we can know where the package is.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We aren't responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses. We ship to your ETSY shipping address and refunds for your order cannot be made due to this.

We do not accept returns or refunds on any CUSTOM or DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS. Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, in perfect condition, and with its original packaging.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. If the reason for the return is not attributed to biterswit (you don't like the stamp, for example) you will have to take care of the return and shipping costs. In this case, the product cost will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.
If the package cannot be delivered for some reason caused by the customer (incorrect postal code, non-pickup at the post office, etc) the client is responsible for the new shipping required once the package arrives
