We ship from Latvia (European Union). You (or another recipient indicated by you) are responsible for importing the products, including customs, taxes, levies, and duties. If you do not pay such charges, you will not receive the products and cannot reclaim the purchase price.
There is no custom tax to US, EU and many other countries, in some cases custom or other tax is applied to Canada and Switzerland, UK or other countries.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping and import of other tax costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If there are any damages to packaging or products upon delivery, we kindly ask you to notify us immediately (not longer than 14 days after order is delivered) upon receipt of the products. Please include information about the damage and photos of the damaged products and packaging.

Our products are shipped unassembled, though we've made them as simple as possible to assemble it and have included instructions and all required tools to make it even easier!

Parents claim all responsibility to teach their children the appropriate way to use these goods, as intended by the manufacturer.
Consumers must not lean back or forth with their weight, bend over the sides, dance or swing on the tower, or stick their heads in product openings.
Parents should ensure that their children are taught to understand the product's intended use and provide an opportunity that they are used in a safe manner.
