Your download will be available once your payment is confirmed - sometimes this takes a few minutes if you use Paypal or a credit card.

Etsy will send you two different emails: a download notification and a transaction notification email.

Alternatively, you can also access your digital purchases directly from your account:

- Click on “Your Account”
- Choose “Purchases and reviews”
- Locate the order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order)
The file will go to your “Downloads” folders

Please note that you can't download a digital download through the Etsy app. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a desktop computer or laptop.

If you check out your purchase as a guest, you'll find a link to download your digital file in the receipt email sent to you after you make the purchase.

Just send me a message regarding which file you purchased, and I will send you the files myself via email.

All my digital downloads are in zipped folders - this makes it easier to compress files and save the to Etsy.

To open the zipped folder, simply right-click and select "Extract all."

If you have a Windows system and are unable to extract the files, please download free software like Win-RAR to extract the files.

If your order hasn’t arrived, please remember that shipping can take up to 3 months, especially if the parcel is held at customs in your country or there's a national holiday.

Sometimes, a tracking number will state that your order was delivered, but you cannot locate it. Here's why:

• The carrier accidentally delivered your package to a neighbor
• The carrier attempted to deliver the package but was unable to
• The carrier has pre-scanned your package as delivered and will deliver it over the next 1-3 business days
• Your package is being held at your local post office
• Your package was sent to the wrong address
• Delivery of your package was unsuccessful multiple times

Please check in with neighbors or your local post office.
