★ HOW YOUR MURAL ARRIVES — PANEL SYSTEM ★
Your mural is NOT one giant sheet. It is printed and shipped as several vertical panels that you hang side by side, like puzzle pieces, to form the complete image.

- Standard panel width: 50 cm / 19.7 in (this is our roll width).
- Panel height: the full height of your mural, plus a 5 cm / 2 in trim allowance at the top and bottom.
- Number of panels: your wall width divided by 50 cm / 19.7 in, rounded up.
- The last panel is often narrower than the others — this is normal and unavoidable, because walls are rarely an exact multiple of 50 cm / 19.7 in.
- Every panel is printed in the correct order and labeled 1, 2, 3… on the back. A printed layout map is included in the tube.

Examples:
- 200 cm / 78.7 in wide → 4 panels (4 x 50 cm / 19.7 in)
- 300 cm / 118.1 in wide → 6 panels (6 x 50 cm / 19.7 in)
- 400 cm / 157.5 in wide → 8 panels (8 x 50 cm / 19.7 in)
- 510 cm / 200.8 in wide → 11 panels (10 x 50 cm / 19.7 in + a final panel of 10 cm / 3.9 in)

If you would prefer equal-width panels instead of one narrow final panel, tell us before printing — we can split the same mural into equal panels (for example, 510 cm / 200.8 in into 11 panels of 46.4 cm / 18.3 in). Just ask.

📏 HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WALL
1. Measure the width and the height in at least three places — walls are rarely perfectly square.
2. Send us the LARGEST measurement of each.
3. Add 3–5 cm / 1–2 in to both width and height as a safety margin. We print the extra as a trim allowance and you cut it off after hanging.
4. Measure the wall as a full rectangle — corner to corner, floor to ceiling — INCLUDING any doors, windows, or built-in furniture. Do not subtract them (see the next section).

🚪 DOORS, WINDOWS, SOCKETS AND SWITCHES — PLEASE READ
Your mural is always produced as one full rectangle covering the entire wall. We do not cut openings at the factory, and we cannot print an L-shaped mural or a mural with a hole in it.

How it works in practice:
- You hang the panels over the whole wall, including the area of the door, window, socket, or switch.
- Once a panel is on the wall, you cut the opening out yourself with a sharp blade, following the frame or the socket edge.
- The material that covered the opening is trimmed off and discarded.
- That discarded part is still printed material, so it is included in the size you order and in the price. This is how all made-to-measure wall murals are produced.

Because of this, always order the size of the FULL wall rectangle. Do not subtract the door or window from your measurements — if you do, the mural will be too small and cannot be fixed after printing.

🎨 ABOUT THE DESIGN AND SCALE
- Every mural is prepared individually for your wall, so the size of the pattern elements depends on your wall dimensions. A wide wall will show the design larger than a small one.
- Please note: a digital proof is NOT sent automatically after an order. Once your order is placed, we prepare the file according to our production standards and send it straight to print — this is what keeps our production time short.
- If you would like to see and approve a proof before printing, message us within 5 hours of placing your order and we will send it to you free of charge.
- Any request to change the scale, the crop, or the composition must be agreed within that same 5-hour window. After that the file is already in production and can no longer be changed.
- Before ordering you can always message us for a free preview and a price quote — there is no time limit at that stage.

Both materials have the same smooth, semi-matte finish. In both cases the panels are applied edge to edge (butt joint) — we never print or install with an overlap. The difference is only in how they attach to the wall.

1. ECO NON-WOVEN (paste included)
The industry standard for luxury wall murals. Made of high-quality cellulose and textile fibers.
- Smooth, semi-matte surface with soft, glare-free color.
- Paste-the-wall application: apply glue to the wall only, then place the panels edge to edge, butt joint, no overlap.
- More forgiving on walls that are not perfectly smooth.

2. ECO PEEL AND STICK (self-adhesive, removable)
Premium wallpaper with a smooth, semi-matte surface and a built-in adhesive backing.

🛠 INSTALLATION — WHAT TO EXPECT
- Time: roughly 40–90 minutes for an average wall, depending on size.
- Two people make it much easier, especially for tall walls.
- Wall preparation: the wall must be clean, dry, smooth, and primed. Repair holes and sand rough spots first.
- Freshly painted walls need to cure before you hang wallpaper — please wait at least 4 weeks.
- Start from the left edge, use a level or a plumb line for the first panel — every following panel lines up from it.
- All panels are hung edge to edge, butt joint, with no overlap.
- Smooth each panel from the center outward with a plastic smoother or a soft cloth.
- Trim the top, bottom, and side allowance with a sharp blade after the panel is on the wall.
- Full illustrated instructions are included in every order.

- Production time: 1–5 business days from the moment your order is placed. Every mural is printed individually for your wall, so we do not ship from stock.
- We ship worldwide with fast, reliable carriers (UPS Express, FedEx).
- Estimated delivery: approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch.
- Please note this is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Actual transit time depends on the day of the week the order is placed, current carrier workload, seasonal peaks, and customs clearance in your country.
- A tracking number is provided as soon as the order ships, so you can follow the parcel the whole way.
- If you need the mural by a specific date, message us before ordering and we will tell you what is realistic.

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will I see the seams between panels?
On a properly prepared wall the seams are barely visible. All panels are hung edge to edge, and the design is created so that the joints fall naturally into the pattern.

Can I order a mural for a wall with a door or a window?
Yes. Measure and order the full wall rectangle, including the opening. The mural is printed as a complete rectangle, you hang it over the opening and cut the opening out on the wall with a blade. The trimmed-off piece is discarded. We cannot print a mural with the opening already cut out.

Can I get the mural in a different color?
Yes, tell us what you have in mind and we will send you a free recolored mockup.

What if my wall is slightly bigger than I measured?
That is why we recommend ordering 3–5 cm / 1–2 in larger than the wall. Extra material is trimmed off; missing material cannot be added.

Can I wash it?
Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not scrub, and do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners.

Is it safe for a child's room?
Yes. We print with HP Latex inks — odorless and non-toxic.

Can I remove it later, and can I re-hang it?
Both materials are designed to be removable. However, the result of removal always depends on your wall, not on the wallpaper: the age and quality of the paint, whether the wall was primed, how well it was prepared, and how carefully the panels are taken off. For this reason we cannot guarantee the condition of the wall after removal and we cannot accept responsibility for paint or plaster that comes away with the panels. Always test on a small area first and remove slowly. The panels are also not designed to be hung a second time.

TERMS OF USE
All our products are made to order for your specific wall. Because of this, custom-size orders cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the buyer.
If your order arrives damaged, or there is a printing defect, message us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint and reship the affected panels free of charge.
We are not responsible for the condition of your wall surface during installation or removal, or for installation carried out contrary to the included instructions.
