Neighbourhook’s aim is to create special objects from discarded items, to which we offer a second chance at its life cycle, no matter their background or "wrinkles" created by the passage of time and usage.
Indeed it is this patina, signs and marks generated by the passage of time, what we consider special and magic in our pieces. Our ultimate goal is design the object that won´t leave the observer indifferent, with an inner capacity to thrill and knock anyone out.
Our design team blends and fuses these abandoned objects in time finded in flea markets, factories or basements with others new brand items, which we consider have personality. The intention of create a design concept different from classic vintage and mere recycling design.
Neighbourhook has its workshop-studio in Boggiero street in the neighbourhood of “El Gancho“ (The Hook) in the antique part of Zaragoza, by no doubts the streets and people of El Gancho give us the inspiration and the flair to create our designs.

El objetivo de el equipo de Neighbourhook es crear objetos especiales utilizando objetos descatalogados, sacándolos de sus contexto pasado para ofreciéndoles una segunda oportunidad en su ciclo de vida.
No nos importa su pasado ni sus" arrugas " generadas por el paso del tiempo, de hecho son esas pátinas, señales y marcas generadas por el paso del tiempo lo que nosotros consideramos mágico en nuestras piezas, ya que todos las piezas tienen una historia intrínseca antes de llegar a nuestras manos.
Nuestro objetivo final es diseñar objetos que no dejen indiferente al observador con capacidad propia para golpear y emocionar al usuario. Nuestro equipo de creadores fusiona y mezcla estos objetos abandonados en el tiempo, rescatándolos de mercadillos, garajes, trasteros, etc.. con objetos de fabricación actual, que nosotros consideramos tienen suficiente personalidad para fusionarlos con las piezas antiguas.
La intención es crear un concepto de diseño diferente del clásico estilo retro, o simple reciclado.
Nuestro taller-estudio esta situado en la Calle Boggiero en el barrio de El Gancho, en la zona antigua de la ciudad de Zaragoza. Sin duda alguna las calles y gentes de este barrio tan especial nos da la inspiración y la energía para desarrollar nuestros proyectos.
