HI I am ZZ a California artist who works out of a cozy "Day of the Dead" decorated studio near the beach. My muse and mentors are my two little rescue dogs who are happy to share my space. I am blessed with a big beautiful family and many friends. My commitment is to sharing the arts with anyone who is wiling to listen and learn. I teach classes when ever i can to share the joy of creating. I graduated from Art school in the bay area and work in several mediums. My loves are doll customization, fiber arts, spinning, art quilting, printmaking, painting, photography, doll making, and tapestry. Sometimes all at once! Deep inside I am a crazy scientist and love to experiment and try new things, I am also mad for succulents and cultivate and plant displays in crazy containers. ZZ is short for Z the Busy Bee as my family calls me!
