DESIGN AND EXCLUSIVITY

AZZUREA was born from the illusion and effort of Cati, graduated in Industrial Design Engineering from the University of Extremadura (Spain).

After beginning his professional career in the world of design, first in the area of ​​jewelry through Cristian Lay (one of the most important jewelery and high fashion jewelery companies in Spain), and later in advertising, he decided to take a leap postgraduate in Jewelry Design at the prestigious European Institute of Design (IED) in Madrid, to later found his own jewelery firm. It arises with the impulse to design jewels where to be able to express all its creativity and its artistic restlessness.

The name of AZZUREA comes from the jewel beetle Cassida Azurea, which stands out for its beautiful shell with golden, blue and violet tones. The beetle is the symbol of the god Jepri, which represents the constant transformation of life and renewal. This symbol perfectly represents the values ​​of the brand, such as change and evolution with the most avant-garde trends of the moment, resulting in quality pieces with an exclusive design.

The AZZUREA universe is more than just a jewelry brand.

AZZUREA is versatility, personality, exclusivity, elegance, daring and passion for fashion.

In addition, each piece is handmade by its designer in a small workshop in Extremadura (Spain), something that makes them special and unique.

Frequently asked questions
1. How long will it take to get my order?

A. All jewels are manufactured by hand once the order has been placed, and the production time may take up to 1 week.

B. We will send your order within 24 hours after its manufacture. We do not send shipments on weekends.

C. All shipments are made by National or International Certified Letter through the company Correos.

D. The delivery time for national and EU shipments is 2 to 4 business days. Shipments outside the EU can take between 10 and 20 business days.

2. How much is the shipping?

- Purchases over € 50 will have free shipping costs.
- Shipments are made by the company Correos.
- National Shipping: € 3.40
- Shipping U.E.: € 5.30
- Other countries: € 5.60

3. Can I change or return my order or part of it?

A. Azzurea Jewelry doesn't accept exchange or returns except in the case that the order has been received in poor condition or we have wrong size or product. In this case, we will deal with the exchange or return expenses. In case of return, the full refund will be made by the same payment method in which the order was made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order.

B. If the buyer has mistaken for size or the product is not as expected, the return or exchange costs will be at the buyer charge. The return of the amount of the product will be made in the same payment method in which it was made, within the 14 calendar days following the reception of the order.

4. How do I proceed with the change or return?

A. Once you have your products prepared and perfectly packaged, inform of the return or change in the mail azzurea.joyas@gmail.com

B. In order for the change or return to take place, it is indispensable that the returned products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The buyer must send the product perfectly packed so that it does not suffer damages during transportation.

C. If you want exchange a product for a different one of a higher price, the difference will be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. In no case may articles be exchanged for others of less price.

5. Can I change or modify my shipping address?

A. If your order has been sent, we will not be able to change the address.

B. If you think you are on time and want to change the shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible in the mail azzurea.joyas@gmail.com.

C. Azzurea Jewelry will not be responsible for the loss of orders in the case of erroneous or incomplete address. We recommend making sure that there is no error in the specified address.

Care instructions

1. Take off your jewelry to sleep, shower or exercise.

2. Always avoid the contact of the jewel with cleaning products, creams, perfumes, sweat, salt water, etc.

3. To clean your jewelry you should always use warm water and soap with a soft toothbrush and use a chamois to polish the silver.

4. Always keep them away from damp places or any sun exposure. Ideally, a quilted jewelry box, anti-tarnish or plastic bags with airtight seal. Keep in mind that our boxes are not designed for storage for a long time.
