What exactly am I buying?
- Listings with "Unframed" in the title are physical printed posters, shipped to your door.
- All other listings are digital downloads (printable wall art) — no physical product is shipped. Files are delivered instantly after payment.
- Many designs are available in both formats — check the listing for a link to the other version.
How do I download my digital files?
- After purchase you'll get an instant download link on the order page and by email.
- Desktop: go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download.
- Mobile: open Etsy in a web browser (the Etsy app may not support downloads).
- Guest checkout: check the email you used (also check Spam).
- If a file arrives as a .zip, double-click to unzip. If you need help, message us.
How can I print my digital files?
- Print at home, take the file to a local print shop, or use an online printing service (e.g., Shutterfly, MPix, Snapfish).
- For framed prints, most frame shops accept uploaded files and will print and frame for you.
- For best results: use thick matte paper, minimum 180–250 gsm. Glossy photo paper is not recommended for most designs.
Which file should I use for my frame size?
- Use the file that matches the frame's aspect ratio. Check the product images for available ratios and sizes.
- If your exact size isn't listed, contact us — we'll resize a file for you for free.
Do the physical posters come framed?
- No. All physical posters are sold unframed — this is clearly stated in every listing title and description.
- Packaging depends on poster size: smaller prints ship flat, larger prints ship rolled in a protective tube.
What are the physical posters printed on?
- Premium Matte paper.
- Smooth, non-reflective finish — sharp details, rich colors, soft to the touch.
- Printed on demand — each poster is made just for you.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
- Digital downloads: sales are final. If you have a technical issue (download error, corrupt file), contact us and we'll resolve it.
- Physical posters: since every poster is printed on demand just for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo — we'll send a free replacement.
