I don't make bottles, polymer clay food items or resin items. I work with cloth, paper, cardboard, foam, and cardstock.
Item Returned Due To Non Deliverable Address or Wrong Address Entered
If items are returned to me for non deliverable addresses or, because wrong dress was entered into etsy, I will reship the items. However, the buyer will have to pay cover the cost to reship. If buyer refuses to pay to have item reshipped only a partial refund will be given and initial shipping costs will not be refunded at all. I cannot be held responsible for customers not having the correct address information on file with Etsy. I ship only to address on file with Etsy.
Who runs this shop?
AminifulLife is run by 1 person. I am not a factory or big company and you should not expect factory quality items.
I need an item by a certain date, what do I do?
If you need items fast or by a certain date it's best you contact me at least 2 weeks before the date you need the item by.
Why does it take so long?
I'm 1 person and as my shop has gained popularity I've been getting more orders. If I want to make money and continue on the shop I have to accept multiple orders at once. So while you may order 1 or 2 seemingly small items there may be several orders ahead of yours. It may not seem like a lot of work but it is a lot of work designing items, printing them, cutting them, scoring them, folding them, gluing them, and then packing them. I also have to take breaks so I don't wear out my fingers. If you aren't willing to wait then please don't order.
