Handmade tribal clothing and jewerelly

Anoka was born after several years traveling, discovering new corners, details and different styles. We love tribal fabrics and jewelry from ancestral cultures. We immerse ourselves in the magic of the bazaars by selecting unique vintage items, original and full of history. We design unique accessories, inspired by tribal designs, boho accessories to give a different touch to your personal style.

All our items are handmade by us in our workshop in Spain or vintage pieces selected in markets of different countries mainly Morocco and India.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details
We hope you love our products! If you are not satisfied, you can change ithem or returned them. Custom orders will not be refunded or exchanged. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product. We don´t accept packet if you didn´t contact to us first.

To request a change you should check that your order meets the following conditions:

- The product must not be used or taken out of its original packaging.
- To be sent in the same condition it was received.

There shall be no exchange or return products that are not in the same condition in which you received.

Once we receive the item, and ensure that it meets our conditions of sale set out above, we will give the refund, except the shipping charges that deducted from the total.
Shipping costs for returning the package are the responsibility of the customer.

We do our best to ensure that you receive the item in perfect condition, in case of receiving a defective or broken product, you must contact us immediately. The refund or replacement item will be made as soon as possible. we will send you a new product free of defects at no extra charge. We understand a defective product that is broken or damaged at the time of receiving it. We are not responsible for any misuse of the product once used.

Please return the item using or including their original packaging within seven days of receipt of your order. we don´t return those products that are not in the same condition in which you received.

All our products are handmade so it can have small imperfections because of this.

You can cancel your order, at no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the shipment has been processed.

I am not responsible for:

- Incorrect address: The order will be sent to the address you entered at the time you made the purchase. In case of an incorrect address you can buy the re-shipping once we receive the packet to re-resend your order. No refunds given.
- Any delay due to customs, weather, saturation, specially in holiday times.
- Unclaimed packages. (you can buy the re-shipping to re-resend your order). No refunds given.

As standard we send the packages with ordinary mail,
please make sure you choose the shipment that fits your needs. All orders that are in stock will be sent between 1-2 business days, for custom orders between 3-5 days. Custom orders can not be canceled or returned.

Ordinary mail (standard): Not tracked and not insured so we are not responsible for any loss or delay of the package.

Certified shipment: Tracked and insured. In case of loss we can put a claim to the post office and we will send you another item with no extra cost.

There may be delays due to customs issues that are completely beyond our control. If you have not received your package after four weeks, please contact us.
The timings are given as an estimation. There can be delays during Holidays like Christmas. Please, read our shop policies to make sure your order will be arrived in time.

Shipping cost

All orders are sent between 1-2 business days and 3-5 business days for handmade orders and are managed through the company CORREOS Spain and UPS.

If after 20 working days you have not received your package, get in touch with us.

We are not responsible for returned or lost packages due to an incorrect address or for not picking them up. It is possible to send it again once we receive it and paying the extra shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, you can exchange it for another item or return it within 14 days after receiving it. Once the package arrives and we verify that it complies with our return policies, we will make a full refund except shipping costs.

For reasons of hygiene, we do not return septum and piercings that have been used or taken out of their packaging. Custom orders can not be returned.

How to care your jewelry

Over time, brass and silver oxidize naturally. To keep the jewelry shiny it is advisable to clean them from time to time with a little vinegar or using special wipes that carry a mild acid and helps restore the original shine. You can find it in jewelery stores or drugstores. Use only specific products to clean jewelry as other products can be corrosive and could damage it.

Brass is a metal alloy formed by copper and zinc, like any metal it is advisable not to wet the earrings and remove them before taking a shower, bathing in the sea or swimming pool.

How to open your septum correctly

To place the septum, open it gently by twist it on the side, because the ring is 1 mm, it should be done gently and never up.

Custom and personalized orders

SEPTUM PIERCING
We can make the septum of silver in 14G and 16G on request, only the part is changed to place it so there can be a small difference between the septum and the part where it is placed, this is not appreciated once it is put.

TOPS
All tops are handmade by order. If you need a size or special model and you couldn´t find it in the shop please contact with us.

Custom orders can not be returned or canceled. They take between 3-5 laboural days. The workshop is close on the weekends and holidays.
