It's summer at last!
We are going on a trip around Europe from the 1st of June to the 30th of August. Our shop will remain open but with some changes and with 15 days of rest in which the shop will be closed (From June 24th to July 7th).
- Buyers from Spain: Your orders will have an international delivery time. Between 6 and 10 working days.
- Buyers from France, Germany and Switzerland: You are in luck, your orders will arrive sooner.
- Other buyers: Your orders will arrive normally.

- CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPE - Please understand that you will be responsible for all added taxes at time of delivery. Each country has different fees and taxes. I don't know what they might be. Please check your government tax structure before purchasing.
Shipping
- Free shipping: It is sent by national postal mail and goes directly to your mailbox. No tracking number.
- Priority: Sent by parcel post. With tracking number. Signature required for delivery. RECOMMENDED.
- DHL express: Sent by express parcel with DHL. With tracking number and on-time delivery insurance.

- Europe: 8 - 15 Working days
- U.S.A: 10 - 20 Working days
- Rest of the world: 10 - 20 Working days
PRIORITY:
- Spain: 3 - 5 Working days
- Europe: 6 - 10 Working days
- U.S.A: 8 - 12 Working days
- Rest of the world: 6 - 15 Working days
DHL EXPRESS :
- Europe: 2 - 8 Working days
- U.S.A: 4 - 8 Working days
- Rest of the world: 4 - 8 Working days
- Orders may be delayed by customs control, therefore, we cannot put a claim on the shipment until 15 working days pass from the date of shipment.
*Please, be patient with international shipments. They can be delayed for many reasons.
*Important dates like Christmas, Black Friday or Valentine's Day orders can be delayed by up to 15 working days in Europe and 25 working days in the rest of the world.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
- Ordinary shipments have no tracking or delivery insurance. We are not responsible if you do not receive it. If you want to know the status of your order you must choose PRIORITY delivery.
-The Priority shipment has a tracking number and delivery responsibility. If you do not receive your package we will refund the money except shipping costs.
-If you do not receive your package within 15 business days after your shipment, please contact me.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS?
In the unlikely event you do not receive your package you must notify me and we will put a claim on the order. The postal company has two weeks to reply to the claim. Once we have the answer to the complaint three things can happen:
- The order has been lost: We will refund the full payment (item + shipping costs)
- The order has been delayed: You can receive your order or you can refuse it to be returned to the store. In this case we will refund only the payment of the items.
- The order has been returned to the store by recipient not located or wrong address: You will have to pay again the shipping costs and your package will be resent.
