Hi, I'm Bea
From a young age, I have always liked to learn and teach. I played at being a teacher. I was fascinated by the idea of teaching other people everything I know.
And at the same time, I dedicated myself to learning everything that was within my reach, especially if it was related to the arts and creativity: drawing, sewing, painting, clay … any activity that crossed my path.
I studied to be a teacher and after working a few years, an injury on my hand made me quit. I discovered the cake world as therapy in 2016 and it changed my life forever. Fondant was what I liked the most. I was fascinated by the idea of being able to create whatever I wanted in sugar.
I went to many courses to learn and started making my own figures at home, and I lost my fear of modelling.
Over time, I realized that modelling is what bakers find the hardest. It is important to do it gently and lovingly, without stress.
That is why I decided to create my Academy and teach you to model pressure free, so that you can do it calmly and with passion. Enjoying the process as much as the result, like me.
