My physics teacher Dad that carves stones...

Welcome to Carterz Design, the Etsy store that sell jade and shell jewelry that are designed and made by my Dad Zeifa.
My Dad Zeifa use to be a high school physics teacher, and since I could remember, my Dad was always carving small stone "thingys" in front of his desk during weekends or during holidays. And one day in1992, some thing "clicked" in his head and he finally turned "pro'. He later also obtained a certificate in Jewelry making, but still kept his work using mostly Jade and Mother of Pearl oyster shells. Occasionally he does make a pendant or two using cow bone for fun, but he never sell those :P
As for me, my day job is electrical engineering, but on the side I help my Dad run his online retail side of things including running this Etsy store. I am the person that will be answering most of your questions, or passing questions that I'm not sure about to my Dad. I also do the other boring stuff such as wrapping and shipping of orders, book keeping, pay Etsy bills... etc.
However, I'm very proud to say that all of the jewelry photos are taken by me :)
