PACKAGING

Your purchase will be shipped properly packaged so it arrives in perfect condition. Being sustainable is one of my main priorities when choosing any product and shipping materials. I don't use any plastics, and all the packaging is recycled and recyclable.

SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched on Saturday for Covid precautions. This means if you make a purchase on Saturday, it will be dispatched the next week.

Delivery times is between 10 days and one month from the date of shipment. Although this tends to vary depending the country of delivery. Once you've placed your order you will receive a confirmation email.

I don't offer tracked shipping at the moment. This allows me to keep shipping rates as affordable as possible.

REFUNDS & LOST ORDERS

Please understand that when an order is left in the postal office, it is no longer under our control.

If an order gets lost, I am happy to refund you the products' price (this doesn't include the postage cost, since it was used to cover shipping) or send a replacement. Please contact me if it has passed more than 35 business days since your order was shipped.

If you have put an incorrect shipping address, you must email me immediately. I cannot refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address.

RETURNS

I currently don't accept returns or exchanges.

If your order comes back to me because they haven't been able to deliver it to you, we will reach out to you so we can figure out a way for you to receive it.

If your order is damaged/missing something or you received the wrong item, I am happy to send you a replacement or a full refund. Please let me know by sending me a message!
