Why I Started Controlly Systems
Hola, soy Nikola, la persona detrás de Controlly Systems.
Empecé a crear estas hojas de cálculo porque las necesitaba para mi trabajo. Mis ingresos no siempre eran los mismos cada mes, y quería una forma sencilla de ver cuánto ingresaba, cuánto gastaba y si los precios que cobraba realmente funcionaban.
Eso se transformó gradualmente en Controlly Systems. La tienda ahora incluye herramientas de Google Sheets para precios, ingresos, gastos y planificación empresarial. Están diseñadas principalmente para autónomos, creadores, consultores y cualquier persona que gestione su propio pequeño negocio.
Creo cada hoja de cálculo para responder a una pregunta práctica, no solo para almacenar números. Además, quiero que las herramientas sean fáciles de usar, incluso si las hojas de cálculo no son lo tuyo.

Hi, I’m Nikola, the person behind Controlly Systems.
I started making these spreadsheets because I needed them in my own work. My income wasn’t always the same each month, and I wanted a simple way to see what was coming in, what I was spending, and whether the prices I charged actually worked.
That gradually turned into Controlly Systems. The shop now includes Google Sheets tools for pricing, income, expenses, and business planning. They’re made mainly for freelancers, creators, consultants, and anyone running a small business on their own.
I build each sheet to answer a practical question, not just to store numbers. I also want the tools to feel easy to use, even if spreadsheets aren’t normally your thing.
