Where is my order?
Due to the pandemic orders are taking longer than expected.
Please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch for domestic deliveries.
For international orders please allow up to 28 working days. Each country is different, so please check local shipping networks for any issues that may cause a delay in you getting your order.
Can I have a refund?
Yes, we are more than happy to refund any unwanted order.
We are not able to refund orders that are currently in transit, but once you receive your order please let us know and we can arrange the redelivery. Once we receive the order back to us we will then issue a refund.
Please keep your order its original condition, inside the delivery envelope.
