Frequently asked questions

How do you get your beautiful designs inside your marbles?

The quick answer is "magic," but actually it it has to do with where and how I heat the glass. You can see a YouTube video of me working at the torch making a marble with a coral reef inside. It has over 1.5 million hits. https://youtu.be/gYXh00gQZ_A

What do you make your creations out of?

99% of all my creation are made from clear and colored rods of "soft" glass that I melt in the flame of a propane and oxygen bench burner. The glass melts at around 1500 F.
