"GAMBATTE" is the Japanese expression that can be translated as: "MAKE YOUR BEST EFFORT" and it is our motto in this work project that already has 8 years of history, as the only occupation although in different ways crafts have always been with us.
My name is Carolina and with my husband Juan we have “made ourselves” as leather craftsmen; Although it can be said that we are self-taught, the essential skills and the love for “handmade” work, with noble and natural materials, especially leather, I owe it to my father; who used this trade to live in a very difficult period of his life, when I was little. For this reason, my father's legacy was not only that of basic skills, in working with skin, but, above all, the most important, was to conceive crafts as a way of life, to get ahead with one's own hands. , creativity and effort, at any time, but especially in the hardest.
Doing “the best possible effort”, being creative with our hands, is what we want to continue doing, now with great enthusiasm on Etsy.
