DIGISTACKLY SHOP POLICIES
Welcome to DigiStackly — Organize Your Digital World.
We create thoughtfully designed digital journals, planners, trackers, and organizational tools for modern digital life.
Please review the following policies before purchasing.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All DigiStackly products are digital products unless a listing specifically states otherwise.
No physical product will be shipped.
Your purchased files will be made available through Etsy after your order has been processed.
Please review each listing carefully for the specific files, formats, page counts, features, and compatibility requirements included with that product.
DOWNLOADS
Etsy provides your digital files after your purchase is completed.
If you have difficulty locating or downloading your files, please contact us through Etsy Messages and we'll be happy to assist.
For the best download experience, use Etsy through a web browser or computer if needed.
Some products may be delivered as ZIP files. If so, you may need to extract the ZIP file before using the included files.
FILE FORMATS
Depending on the product, DigiStackly files may include:
PDF
Editable / Interactive PDF
JPG

Other formats specifically identified in the product listing
Please check the individual listing before purchasing to make sure the included format works with your intended device, application, or workflow.
DigiStackly cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, application, printer, tablet, or third-party software.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Because DigiStackly products are delivered digitally, digital products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please carefully review the listing description, product previews, included files, and compatibility information before purchasing.
If you experience a legitimate problem with your purchase — such as a missing file, corrupted file, incorrect file, or significant delivery issue — please contact us through Etsy Messages.
We will review the situation and work with you to resolve legitimate product or delivery problems.
