About

Divanitas design and fashion accesories

My name is Patricia, and I started to design accessories in 2008. My personal brand is Divanitas.

Since I was a child I like doing thinks with my hands, my mum always told me that I was like “Srta. Pepis”, carrying a little suitcase with stuff to make bracelets, pendants… Nowadays I have changed from the suitcase to a sewing box.
Sewing is my greatest passion, and I sew everyday, almost a little.

Two years ago I started to study pattern designing in a school of Barcelona. Since then I have learned a lot about sewing. In my shop you'll find limited edition clothes and accessories.

I don't use any material involving the suffering or killing of any animal.

On my little shop I want to show you what emerges from my inspiration, with original and exclusive designs made to complement and create all sort of looks.

All my products are handmade. I choose different and original materials, and I use my own designs. Please note that all my products are sewn by hand or using a sewing machine, so they can be slightly different from the photos.
I love fashion and my creations and I try to use different fabrics in each collection;
I also use recycled/upcycled materials on the accessories.
I don't use any material involving the suffering or killing of any animal.
I work at home, in a smoke free & pet friendly environment.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds and exchanges:

Damages: only if your item arrives damaged or broken, not after normal use. You have 5 days after arrival to send a photo of the package unopened, opened and the item. I'll refund the item cost or send a new one without charges.

Losses: if your item was lost by postal services, I will send a new one without charges if it's possible, or you make a full refund. Please note that I have a limited stock of fabrics and some items are unique, so I can't repeat them.

Exchanges and refunds (except on custom orders): if you're not happy with your item, you have 14 days after arrival to exchange it.
In this case, customers will pay the returning shipping costs; I'll send a new item and the customer will pay for the new shipping, or I will refund the amount of the item (not the shipping) if you don't want another product. In this case, the refund will be made after I have the package back. You have to send the package by Registered Mail, as I.

Returned packages: if I have an order this case we'll resed the item and the customer will pay for the new shipping, or I'll refund the amount of the item (not the shipping) if you don't want the product at all. If more than 60 days have passed from payment, I can't make a refund, so we offer a coupon code for buying again on my shop for the amount of the items purchased

Custom orders can't be exchanged or refunded.
Payment
I accept payment via:

If you want to cancel a transaction please make sure to let me know as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
Shipping
I recommend you to do the payment within 3 days maximum; if you have any inconvenience please let us know. We cancel the transaction after 7 days if you don't say something to us. Thanks.
I ship from Spain to all destinations by registered mail with shipping track, without insurance. A signature is required for delivery. When the payment is received, the items are shipped the next monday or friday, then we contact you to provide the tracking number. This will not be applied on custom orders, please understand that it takes some time to make a custom item and we tell you a time estimation :)

If you want an insurance, please ask us first and we tell you the options and costs available.

All orders will be shipped to the address you provided here on Etsy (not the paypal address) so please make sure that the address is correct. Refunds will not be made due to wrong address. If you would like a package to be send on a different address please let me know or leave me a note on box with the correct address.

Customers from the European Union: delivery usually takes 3-10 days approximately, depending on the country and the distance. We always provide the tracking number and usually you can track the package in your country postal service (if it's available).

International customers outside the European Union: delivery usually takes 8-15 days approximately , but sometimes and on specific destinations it takes up to 30 days. Delivery may take longer during periods like Christmas. It may take longer than other destinations due to international postal issues, customs house, etc, please be patient and your items will arrive. We always provide the tracking number and you usually can track the package in your country postal service (if it's available).

For USA I can offer express delivery by DHL (3-5 days), only in bags and clutch.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buy.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
