We are very happy that can offer you unique wooden things

Our story is unique as any other story, but all of those stories have something in common - there are people behind them, who want to bring something new to everybody around.
Who are we? We are a young couple - Igor and Maryna with 3 little daughters. We and Maryna`s parents - Tania and Tolia founded this family business. We started this shop as a hobby and never thought it would become so big and we'll have over 20, 000 clients from all around the world. We are so thankful to God for these blessings.

Igor had found his passion in making unique products and soon we invented our own wooden world map, city map, wooden glasses, etc. We find this to be our main goal, to make people happy with the small things they have.

We believe, that gift-giving should be easy and pleasant. That's why you can find all kind of gifts in our store. Don't hesitate to contact us with your ideas and we'll help you make them real!

How can I pay via my Card instead of PayPal?

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:

1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you want to have something special - gift wrap or a small note - just let us know via convo. As for packaging all of our products have special package.

Wholesale availability

Yes, we are available for wholesale. Don`t forget to add your contact information.

Order Preparation

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP.
Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count!
REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.

Shipping & Delivery time & Delays

It takes at least 10-18 business days for a package to arrive to Europe (to Italy and Spain it takes a little bit more), 8-18 business days to USA, 14-25 days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 14-25 business days.

International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.

Please double check your spelling on order details as I am not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer such as spelling errors.

Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.

Damage & Lost Parcel

We take full responsibility for our products, shipping & delivery. And in case of DAMAGE during delivery or loss, we will gladly send you new product. So there are no reasons to be worried :)

How can I return/exchange my order?

Personalized products can NOT be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. Exchange can NOT be proceeded, until we receive the original product in a good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, refund will be proceeded WHEN the product is received by us in a good condition.

I can't track my package?/Last update was week or more ago...?

Don't worry! When the package leaves Ukraine and is on the way to your country, tracking system doesn't show its location. It doesn't mean that package got lost, it means package was not scanned in your country yet.
