About the Maker
Ciao, sono Jenni, la creatrice di Figurehead Graphics, uno studio sulla costa della Carolina del Nord dove fantasia, artigianalità e un pizzico di brillantezza si fondono. Creo porta libri a tema e opere d'arte tagliate al laser che uniscono la narrazione al design artigianale moderno.
Ogni Book Valet nasce da un'illustrazione originale, per poi trasformarsi in un pannello di legno stratificato, impreziosito da intarsi iridescenti e rifinito con ferramenta accuratamente selezionata e dettagli assemblati a mano. Sono attratta dalle texture, dalla luce e da come una singola linea di taglio possa cambiare completamente l'atmosfera di un'opera, e dedico la stessa attenzione a ogni singolo progetto.
Ho aperto questo negozio perché volevo creare pezzi che fossero personali, da collezione e ricchi di carattere: il tipo di arte che fa sorridere i lettori ogni volta che passano davanti al loro scaffale. Che amiate il romanticismo, il mistero, il fantasy o le letture leggere, troverete un libro che parla la vostra lingua.

Hi, I’m Jenni, the maker behind Figurehead Graphics — a coastal North Carolina studio where fantasy, craftsmanship, and a little bit of shimmer come together. I create genre‑themed Book Valets and laser‑cut art pieces that blend storytelling with modern artisan design.
Every Book Valet begins as an original illustration, then becomes a layered wooden panel filled with iridescent inlays and finished with carefully chosen hardware and hand‑assembled details. I’m drawn to textures, light, and the way a single cut line can change the entire mood of a piece — and I bring that same attention to every design.
