Gift wrapping and packaging
All our jewels arrive in a delicate pouch and a nice jewelry box.
All our handwoven bags are wrapped into a reusable lovely cotton tote bag.
Gifts: If you want to add a note or special greeting, tell us! We will add a nice message.
Available also on checkout menu the wrapping ribbon for gift.
Which shipping venue do we use?
Shipped worldwide with Certified National Post (4-15 days aprox). Our STANDARD shipping includes a tracking number available until the order leaves Spain, NO full tracking information is available in all the countries.
If you want faster or fully trackable shipping you can easily upgrade your order choosing on checkout menu an Express option.
* Shipping times are an estimation of business days always depending on destination country. It could have slighltly delays due the Covid restrictions.
** If you need a upgraded delivery, it is available for an additional fee. Make sure to choose from the checkout menu.

Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Shipment:
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect address.
- Package stolen after delivered in Mailbox.

Post office mistakes and failures are out of our control and is not a reflection of our level of dedication to my customers. The post office system sometimes makes mistakes resulting in lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to help out each customer to try and locate the package. If your package has not arrived a month after it has shipped please contact us.
Is COVID-19 situation affecting the delivery and shippings?
At this point no restrictions apply to trade and cargo routes but due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date.
