5 out of 5 starsthe finished product is absolutely beautiful. i have no complaints there. however, i felt a few drawbacks. 1. it takes a VERY long time to get, so don’t be in a rush, and 2. the seller’s communication and customer service is definetely lacking. i had to ask for ANY and all updates and was met with excuse after excuse. i found it extremely off putting. but again, a very beautiful finished product.

Currently, all my listings have a 3-4 week shipping date. Unfortunately, customers don't always notice this right away. I know it may seem like a lot, but I'm trying to balance being a full time artist and help care for my dad who is in hospice. Life happens so extending my delivery/shipping time is my best option at the moment.
