How will I receive my PDF pattern?
If you have an Etsy account your files will be ready to download as soon as payment confirmation comes through, usually in less than 5 minutes. You can access your files through the "My Account" button on the upper right of the Etsy website. Click on "Purchases" and "download file."
If you have checked out as a guest then you will be emailed a copy of the PDF as soon as payment is confirmed.

Can I download my file through the Etsy app?
Unfortunately, the Etsy Mobile app does not currently support digital downloads. You can use your mobile device to download the pattern by using your device's web browser or through the Etsy website on any computer.
What if I loose my file (through accidental deleting etc...)?
You should be able to download your file through Esty as many times as needed. However, if you have any trouble re-downloading your file please let me know! You can message me through Etsy or email me here, humandbumble@gmail.com.
What if you update the pattern PDF and I can't e-download it?
If I do update a pattern's PDF I try to email the new copy to all previous buyers. However, if this email is lost etc... please reach out to me and I will send the updated version directly to you. You can message me here on Etsy or by email here, humandbumble@gmail.com
Can I sell items I make from your patterns?
Absolutely! If you are a small handmade business please feel free to sell any physical items made from my patterns. Credit is always appreciated:) No mass market reproductions please.
I found a mistake in your pattern, what should I do?
I carefully proofread and edit all of my patterns as well as run a pattern test with multiple people across all skill levels. But mistakes can still sneak through! If you happen to find one please let me know so that I can correct and update the pattern. I want to make sure my patterns are as clear and error-free as possible. Thank you!
