I have been interested in holistic wellbeing for as long as I can remember and for the past 10 years I have practiced Naturopathy and trained in so many therapies including massage, reflexology, counselling, crystal therapy, herbalism, aromatherapy, nutrition and more.
I have also mentored other practitioners in the past 5-6 years to help them get their wellness business of the ground and create content for them to use in their own business.
One of our biggest struggles in business is creating content and finding time to actually grow our business.
