What do I receive after purchasing?
All IvoraTemplates products are digital files — you receive an instant download link through your Etsy account. Nothing will be physically shipped to you. Your files are available immediately after payment is confirmed, under "Purchases and Reviews" in your Etsy account.
What software do I need to edit the templates?
All templates are built in Canva, which is free to use and works directly in your browser at canva.com. No Photoshop, Illustrator, or paid subscriptions required. You just need a free Canva account — that's it. If you can click and type, you can customize these templates.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, IvoraTemplates does not offer refunds on downloaded products. However, if you experience a technical issue — such as a broken link or missing file — please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly. We want every buyer to be happy with their purchase.
Can I edit everything in the templates?
